Discover a brand-new playground for percussive dance! Created by Canadian dance phenomenon ZEUGMA DANSE, their first in situ creation entitled Cube takes dance out of the theatre and onto the streets.
Feel the rhythm and enjoy the buzz as four dancers and percussionists create a seemingly spontaneous show inspired by the space and spectators around them. These energetic performers gradually transform their environment with emotionally charged and electrifying results.
Skillfully playing with the structures that serve as a dance surface, performers gradually transform their environment, moving from a free and exploded space to a constraining structure. This progressive compression of space will influence the gestural vocabulary of the performers as much as the emotional charge conveyed.
