RAPAILLÉ
Merging the raw energy of percussive dance with the fluidity of contemporary movement, Rapailléembodies the rhythmic texts of poet Gaston Miron (1928–1996).
Carried by seven virtuoso performers, each movement unfolds as a fragment of an intimate journey. The seasons of the soul emerge in bursts, vertigo, and renewal, revealing a fragile yet radiant humanity.
This journey into the poet’s universe invites audiences—through gesture, rhythm, and the resonance of his words—to rediscover the work of Gaston Miron anew.
The new staging of Rapaillé premiered in Laval on November 27, 2025.
A vibrant dialogue between body and word, where the poetry of Gaston Miron resonates through a timeless cadence.
